On April 10, 2025, the second phase of Suzhou Shishan International Convention Center  was officially put into commercial use. Suzhou Shishan International Convention Center  is located in Suzhou High-tech Zone and is the largest exhibition venue in Suzhou. The total conference space area reaches 8,000 square meters. The second phase project includes 8 meeting rooms of different sizes, which can accommodate meetings and activities of various sizes.

The second phase of Suzhou Shishan Convention Center  adopts the iweex XDC236 series wired and wireless integrated digital conference system. The system adopts the "iMeetingPlat"   integrated conference system technology architecture platform based on the self-developed communication protocol of the conference system, adopts digital UHF wireless technology, and superimposes digital UHF wireless communication automatic frequency hopping technology to ensure the stable operation of the conference system in wireless mode. 

This project equipped each conference room with a wired unit and a wireless unit. The wireless unit uses a wireless access gateway AP device to solve the problem of wireless network coverage between the main computer room and the conference room at a long distance, ensuring full coverage of wireless signals in each conference room. The transmission cable length of the farthest conference room exceeds 100 meters, which fully demonstrates the technical advantages and technical necessity of the system in large Convention Center  projects.

In addition, iweex customized and developed the "remote registration" function for this project, so that staff can transfer various conference units in various conference rooms at any time very conveniently.

Since this series of products was launched in January 2024, it has been applied to many key projects at home and abroad, including all core conference rooms of the Shenzhen Institute of Advanced Technology of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, the Guangzhou Municipal Urban Management Bureau, the Philippines CITYNET Executive Committee Meeting, etc. The XDC236 series conference system can provide a variety of conference units and flexible networking solutions to meet the needs of different conference scenarios.
